While OC was not originally on the radar of alumna Sabrea, one campus tour would change the trajectory of her life. Ask, Sabrea and she will tell you OC was the only college campus that immediately felt “like home”. Taking a leap of faith and trusting God she decided to attend OC and even went potluck—the second best decision she ever made! While at OC Sabrea grew in her faith, love, and passion for the lost. Sabrea now serves as the secretary of the OC North Texas Alumni Chapter where she is passionate about helping other college students receive scholarships in the same way she once did, so that others too can experience OC. Sabrea graduated in 2012 with a Bachelors of Science in Nursing and went on to obtain her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree here in North Texas. When she is not helping to nurse others to health or encouraging others to live well in Christ she loves eating, reading, hiking, and hanging out with friends. |
