Lawson  Award

  As the growth in North Texas continues, so grows the OC alumni population. We now have over 4,000 alums doing great things in our communities. In 2014 the North Texas Chapter Board initiated an award to recognize those who live and serve so well here.

  We named the award for an esteemed alumni couple here in North Texas who have done so much for their university, church and community over the years.

  The Lawson Award recognizes exceptional alumni who have rendered distinctive service to the    university, church, community, or society as a whole. These recipients represent the very best        of OC and are making a real difference for God in North Texas and in their walks of life. Lawson      Award recipients are incredible, selfless people selected by the North Texas Chapter Board.
