Scholarships are open to North Texas students, either high school 
graduates or transfer students, residing in any of these North Texas counties: 
Collin, Cooke, Dallas, Denton, Ellis, Fannin, Grayson, Hood, Hunt, Johnson, Kaufman, Parker, Rockwall, Tarrant and Wise.
