Marsha Cooper Hill '75In 1982, after serving as an elementary school teacher for several years, Marsha founded ‘Pre-School Enrichment’ (PSE), a highly acclaimed Christian pre-school program with campuses in Southlake and North Richland Hills. PSE’s curriculum includes an emphasis on respect, responsibility, accountability, manners, and service to others. The school has been voted ‘Best of the Best’ by Southlake Journal, ‘Best in Tarrant County’ by Living Magazine, and ‘Tops in Tarrant County’ by Society Life Magazine. Marsha also created a children’s Bible curriculum, ‘Soul-ly for Kids’, in 1994.
She is a former member of OC’s North Texas Alumni Chapter Board. She met her husband of 41 years, Gary (’72), while at OC. Both daughters, Kate and Lindsey, are also OC alumni. The Hills attend Legacy Church of Christ. |

Mark Brazle '75Mark met his wife, Jill (’75), while both students at OC. He earned a BA in Bible and a BS Ed in Vocal Music. After two years in youth ministry in Weyburn, Saskatchewan, a mission team was formed that left for Flemish, Belgium in 1977 where he and Jill lived for 16 years. In 1993, they returned to the States, where he served for 20 years in ministry with the Church in the Falls in Ohio. In 2009, Mark completed an MRE in Missional Leadership at Rochester College. In July 2013, Mark joined Missions Resource Network and is now the Director for Missionary Care, offering missionary families and churches around the globe tangible tools for healthy service and cultural adaptation.
The Brazles have five children and seven grandchildren. They attend The Hills Church. |

Mike Walker '76Mike and his wife, Barbara (’78), met while they were students at OC. He received his Ed.D in Psychology and Marriage and Family Therapy from Texas A&M-Commerce, MBA in Health Care Management from Jones International University, and law degrees from Concord Law School and Sheppard Broad Law Center at Nova Southeastern University. In 1992, Mike and his brother, Kenneth (’80), established North Texas Pain Recovery Center (NTPRC) in Arlington. Through medicine, physical therapy, psychology, and social work, NTPRC is dedicated to helping those experiencing debilitating injuries and chronic pain. Mike serves on the OC Board of Trustees and the Kennedale City Council. He formerly served as Chairman of the Board of Kennedale ISD.
Mike serves as an elder at the Pleasant Ridge Church of Christ in Arlington and he and Barbara are Bronze Eagle donors at OC. They have two grown children and two grandchildren. |
